Alfred Sanzari Enterprises announces it has negotiated a lease with Dollar Tree, Inc. for a 6,090-square-foot retail space at Summit Plaza located at 370 West Pleasantview Avenue in Hackensack, N.J.

Dollar Tree is a Fortune 200 company headquartered in Chesapeake, Va. with over 16,000 discount variety stores across the United States and Canada. Carrying a broad mix of merchandise at low price-points, Dollar Tree offers products across several departments, including housewares, glasswares, cleaning supplies, toys, health and beauty, party supplies, seasonal decor, and more.

Located at the intersection of Route 17, Summit Avenue and West Pleasantview Avenue, Summit Plaza is a 100,000-square-foot retail shopping center anchored by a Stop & Shop supermarket.
