Alfred Sanzari Enterprises announces they have signed a lease expansion with the Center for Developmental Psychiatry for 1,614 square feet of office space at The Atrium at Glenpointe located at 400 Frank W. Burr Boulevard in Teaneck, N.J. Alfred Sanzari Enterprises was represented by Jerry Barta, Director and Vice President of Leasing and Marketing at Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, in the transaction and legal counsel was provided by Jan Lewis of Cole Schotz, P.C.

A key piece of the 670,000-square-foot Glenpointe campus, The Atrium at Glenpointe includes 80,000 square feet of class-A office space surrounding a soaring glass atrium.
