Alfred Sanzari Enterprises Taps Silbert Realty & Management Co. to Oversee Retail Leasing at Hackensack, N.J. Healthcare and Retail Property

Alfred Sanzari Enterprises announces that it has selected Silbert Realty & Management Co. as the exclusive retail leasing agent for the Alfred N. Sanzari Medical Arts Building located at 360 Essex Street in Hackensack, N.J. Silbert Realty & Management Co.’s President and CEO, Brian Silbert, will be leading the assignment along with Senior Vice President of Retail Services, David Greenman.

Constructed in 2002, the Alfred N. Sanzari Medical Arts Building is an 85,000-square-foot medical office building with 18,000 square feet of ground-level retail, conveniently located across the street from Hackensack University Medical Center, recently named the number one hospital in New Jersey by U.S. News & World Report. The property also boasts unparalleled access to the New York City metro area via nearby Interstate 80 and Routes 4, 17, and 46, as well as the New Jersey Turnpike and the Garden State Parkway.
