Alfred Sanzari Enterprises announces it has selected RIPCO Real Estate, a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm in the New York City metropolitan area, as the exclusive broker of Summit Plaza located at 370 West Pleasantview Avenue in Hackensack, N.J. RIPCO Real Estate’s Executive Vice President Curtis Nassau and Senior Associate Patrick Brake will oversee the assignment.
