Alfred Sanzari Enterprises Receives ‘Main Street Community Builder Award’ from Hackensack Upper Main Alliance
Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, one of New Jersey’s pre-eminent real estate development firms, recently received the Hackensack Upper Main Alliance’s (UMA) “Main Street Community Builder Award.” The award was presented during the 6th annual Main Street Business Expo, which took place at Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ Court Plaza North office building.

Now in its second year, the Main Street Community Builder Award recognizes businesses and individuals that have been instrumental to Hackensack’s downtown revitalization. Earlier this year, Alfred Sanzari Enterprises made the inaugural donation to the Hackensack Main Street Redevelopment Fund, a new program that allows Hackensack developers, business leaders and residents to support the UMA’s ongoing efforts to transform the City’s downtown into a vibrant live-work-play environment.
“As a company with deep roots in Hackensack, Alfred Sanzari Enterprises is committed to the City’s future,” said Ryan Sanzari. “We are extremely honored to be recognized as a recipient of this year’s Main Street Community Builder Award, and look forward to being an active community partner in Hackensack’s transformation for many years to come.”
Also receiving a Main Street Community Builder Award was George Capodagli of Capodagli Property Company. Last year’s inaugural recipient was Some’s Uniforms, a long-time Main Street retailer.
