Alfred Sanzari Enterprises is proud to share that President Ryan Sanzari has been named to NJBIZ’s 2024 Commercial Real Estate Power 50 list.

Announced annually, the NJBIZ Commercial Real Estate Power 50 list celebrates the vision and leadership of the most influential real estate executives and municipal leaders in New Jersey. This recognition marks the fifth consecutive year Ryan has earned a spot on the prestigious list.

Since he assumed the role of President of Alfred Sanzari Enterprises in 2021, Ryan has overseen the company’s daily operations and its long-term growth strategy. Guided by the legacy of his grandfather, Alfred, and inspired by his father and current CEO, David, Ryan’s leadership has powered the firm’s continued evolution in one of the nation’s most competitive real estate markets.

Ryan’s strategic insight and commitment to the company’s growth have been instrumental in defying market trends. He recognized the evolving demands placed on firms today and responded with significant investments in both the company and its properties, a defining hallmark of his leadership.

Demonstrating his commitment to enhancing the firm’s portfolio, Ryan recently led a multi-million dollar renovation of the 351-room Glenpointe Marriott on the Glenpointe campus in Teaneck, N.J. Completed this fall, the project transformed the hotel’s 39,317-square-foot meeting and event space by replacing carpeting, wall coverings, paint and furniture throughout the 1st and 2nd-floor pre-function spaces, boardrooms and meeting rooms, along with the 1,200-person capacity ballroom.
