Rigorous Evaluation Process Determines Top Places to Work in N.J.
Hackensack, N.J. (September 21, 2020) – Alfred Sanzari Enterprises announces they have ranked among New Jersey’s top small-sized companies on NJBIZ’s 2020 “Best Places to Work in New Jersey” list, which includes organizations ranging from 15 to 49 employees. The final rankings were announced live at the Best Places to Work in New Jersey virtual awards reception and ceremony on September 17.
Honoring the top places of employment in New Jersey, “The Best Places to Work in New Jersey” program celebrates local companies that create workplaces built around empowering employees, a healthy work-life balance and upwards career growth. The list is divided into three categories, small-sized (15-49 employees), medium-sized (50-249 employees) and large-sized (250+ employees).

“The Best Places to Work in New Jersey” are selected through a rigorous two-step survey process completed by companies across the state. The scoring emphasizes feedback from employee experience surveys, as well as evaluation of each company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. The Best Companies Group, who manages the registration process and survey, uses the combined scores and data analyzation expertise to determine the final rankings of the workplaces.
