Alfred Sanzari Enterprises Leases 52,108-Square-Foot Industrial/Flex Property in Norwood, N.J.
Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, a preeminent family-owned and operated commercial and residential real estate development and management firm, announces it has negotiated a new 52,108-square-foot full-building industrial/flex lease with Orthofeet, Inc. at 10 Maple Street in Norwood, N.J. Orthofeet, Inc. also currently leases 71,870 square feet at 335 Chestnut Street, Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ 111,300-square-foot industrial building adjacent to 10 Maple Street.
Alfred Sanzari Enterprises was represented in-house by Vice President of Leasing and Marketing Stephen Jennings, while Orthofeet, Inc. was represented by Dan Whitehead, Vice President of Resource Realty, in the transaction.
Established in 1984, Orthofeet, Inc. is a manufacturer of high-quality, biomechanically engineered therapeutic shoes, heat-moldable inserts, accommodative custom inserts, and more. With a commitment to improve mobility, ease foot pain and improve comfort for its customers, the company encountered a need for additional warehouse and administrative office space to accommodate its rapid growth.

Cuomo Bridge.
