Alfred Sanzari Enterprises announces it has signed an 11,850-square-foot lease renewal at Heights Plaza located at 777 Terrace Avenue in Hasbrouck Heights, N.J. Alfred Sanzari Enterprises was represented in-house by Stephen Jennings, Vice President of Leasing and Marketing, and the tenant, Bertone Piccini, LLP, was represented by Rob Norton of CBRE.
A tenant at Heights Plaza since 2013, Bertone Piccini, LLP is a women-owned boutique law firm with specialty practice areas in commercial real estate, commercial transactions, healthcare, litigation, estate planning, family law and more. Guided by a mission to provide its clients with high-quality, creative, practical and effective legal counsel, Bertone Piccini, LLP has grown to employ 14 attorneys amid an expanding client roster.
