Alfred Sanzari Enterprises announces a new lease deal with Proserve-Consulting, Inc. for 2,342 square feet of office space, bringing Court Plaza North, a 160,000-square-foot office building located at 25 Main Street in Hackensack, N.J., to full occupancy. Court Plaza North is one of three buildings that make up Court Plaza, a 335,000-square-foot Class-A office complex located at 19/21/25 Main Street in Hackensack, N.J. Stephen Jennings of Alfred Sanzari Enterprises represented  Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, and Steven Muller of Equity Real Estate Brokerage LLC represented Proserve-Consulting in the transaction.
