Alfred Sanzari Enterprises announces that Behaviorally, Inc. has signed a lease renewal for 16,603 square feet of office space at Glenpointe Centre West, part of the company’s iconic northern New Jersey Glenpointe corporate campus located in Teaneck, N.J. Alfred Sanzari Enterprises was represented by its Director and Vice President of Leasing and Marketing Jerry Barta and Manager of Leasing and Marketing Carolina Gutierrez while Cushman & Wakefield’s Curtis Foster and Jerry Shifrin represented Behaviorally in the transaction. Richard Kahn of Winne Banta Basralian & Kahn, P.C. and Rikki Field of Norris McLaughlin, P.A. provided legal services for the landlord and tenant, respectively.
