Alfred Sanzari Enterprises announced a new lease with OneMain Financial for 3,698 square feet of office space at Elmwood Park Plaza, located at 475 Market Street in Elmwood Park, N.J. The tenant was represented by Nicole Nannola of CBRE and Steve Jennings, Vice President of Leasing and Marketing at Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, represented ownership in the transaction. Legal counsel for Alfred Sanzari Enterprises was provided by Richard Kahn of Winne Banta Basralian & Kahn.
