Alfred Sanzari Enterprises is proud to announce a lease expansion for 7,133 square feet with Hanwha Vision America, to bring its total office space to nearly 29,000 square feet at Glenpointe Centre West, part of the company’s iconic northern New Jersey Glenpointe corporate campus in Teaneck, N.J. Alfred Sanzari Enterprises was represented by Newmark’s Jeff Schotz, Peter Rossi, Dan Reider, Peter Kasparian and David Simson, and the tenant was represented by CBRE’s Robert Norton and Remy deVarrene.

Hanwha Vision America is a subsidiary of Hanwha Vision, a video surveillance company with 24 offices across the globe focused on securing people, property and data across a range of industries including retail, transportation, education, banking, healthcare, hospitality, airports and more. Hanwha Vision America’s team of 300 employees has called the Glenpointe campus home since 2016. The lease expansion of 7,133 square feet will support the company’s continued growth and delivery of world-class optical design, image processing and cybersecurity technologies to its clients across the nation and beyond.=
