Alfred Sanzari Enterprises has inked a lease expansion with Kaufman Dolowich Voluck for 14,745 square feet of office space at Court Plaza North located at 25 Main Street in Hackensack, N.J.
The lease expansion marks the second time that Kaufman Dolowich Voluck has expanded its footprint at the three-building, 335,000-square-foot Court Plaza office complex over the past ten years. Originally, Kaufman Dolowich Voluck occupied 3,372 square feet at the Court Plaza South building located at 21 Main Street in Hackensack, N.J. and just two years later, the law firm expanded into a 7,498-square-foot office in the same building. The firm’s extraordinary growth necessitated a third move, this time to the Court Plaza North building.
