Alfred Sanzari Enterprises – one of New Jersey’s foremost real estate developers, owners and managers – is being featured as the cover story in the Spring issue of U.S. Builders Review magazine. The nationally recognized trade publication is read by a targeted audience of general contractors, developers and other leaders in the construction industry.

The case study article, entitled “Family-Owned and Operated Real Estate Development Firm Committed to Quality, Value and Superior Service for Over 70 Years,” highlights Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ history, operating philosophy and property portfolio, including the company’s latest ground-up real estate project, a new 350-room dual-branded hotel under development at Glenpointe in Teaneck.

Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ Bergen County property portfolio includes the 50-acre mixed-use Glenpointe complex in Teaneck, which encompasses three office buildings, the full-service Marriott at Glenpointe hotel and the 26,000-square-foot Glenpointe Spa & Fitness Center. Glenpointe also is the site of the company’s new dual-branded hotel project.
