The largest deal at the office property was for 14,985 square feet with Scirocco Financial Group, a long-term tenant of Alfred Sanzari Enterprises. Headquartered at Heights Plaza since 2002, the insurance agency will continue to operate within the building, delivering the highest standards of quality, service, and innovation in the industry to its clients. Additionally, Awad and Khoury, LLP, a tenant of over ten years, signed a renewal for 3,626 square feet at the property, where they will continue to utilize their space to provide legal representation to their clients in the fields of matrimonial law, immigration and naturalization, real estate, and estate planning and administration.

Likewise, law firm Deutsch Atkins and Kleinfeldt, a preeminent plaintiff’s employment law firm, renewed and relocated from Court Plaza North to Court Plaza South into 5,319 square feet of office space.
“The fact that Deutsch Atkins and Kleinfeldt relocated within Court Plaza speaks volumes regarding our tenants’ appreciation of the complex and all it has to offer,” said Stephen Jennings, VP of Leasing and Marketing for Alfred Sanzari Enterprises. “It also highlights our firm’s commitment to our tenant population and our ability to work collaboratively with each tenant to meet their individual office space needs.”

The renewal will add to Harmon’s longstanding tenancy at Summit Plaza, where they have leased space for more than 30 years.
