Alfred Sanzari Enterprises Completes Multi-Million-Dollar Glenpointe Marriott Capital Improvement Project
The capital improvement project transformed the hotel’s 39,317-square-foot meeting and event space, seamlessly integrating natural elements inspired by the nearby Palisades Interstate Park with a sleek, contemporary design. Managed by Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ in-house construction management team, in collaboration with HotelStudio and Kimmerle Newman Architects, the project included the replacement of carpeting, wall coverings, paint and furniture throughout the 1st and 2nd-floor pre-function spaces, boardrooms and meeting rooms as well as the 1,200-person capacity ballroom.
In addition, Alfred Sanzari Enterprises collaborated with Soho Art Consulting to commission artwork from New Jersey artist Leena Joshi and others to complete the design transformation.

The Glenpointe Marriott is one of three hotels on the Glenpointe live-work-stay corporate campus.
