Alfred Sanzari Enterprises Bolsters Leasing Team with Promotion of Carolina Gutierrez to Manager –Leasing and Marketing
Hackensack, N.J. (November 18, 2020) – Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, a preeminent family-owned and operated commercial and residential real estate firm, announces that Carolina Gutierrez has been promoted to Manager – Leasing and Marketing.
Since joining Alfred Sanzari Enterprises in 2019 as a Property Management Analyst, Gutierrez has been a key contributor in several departmental and tenant management initiatives. Building upon seven years of tenant management and operational experience prior to joining Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, Gutierrez quickly excelled in her role at the firm, providing Alfred Sanzari Enterprises with invaluable insight into its portfolio with a particular focus on identifying trends in utility usage. Additionally, Gutierrez developed an in-depth understanding of the firm’s iconic flagship property Glenpointe, building a strong rapport with the campus’ 70+ tenants and gaining a comprehensive understanding of their unique needs. In her new role, Gutierrez will expand upon and hone her tenant liaison skills as well as spearhead a number of marketing initiatives to help drive leasing activity and enhance tenant retention across Sanzari’s commercial portfolio, with an emphasis on Glenpointe.

Since gradually transitioning to the leasing department in the summer of 2020, Gutierrez has already coordinated multiple successful marketing initiatives to augment Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ leasing strategy at Glenpointe, including the addition of a marketing space at Glenpointe Centre West. Additionally, Gutierrez has also contributed to the firm’s social media strategy and web presence as well as organized a successful sponsored webcast with Crain’s New York Business highlighting why New Jersey is such a desirable location for businesses.

Prior to joining Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, Gutierrez worked with Greystone Management Solutions providing third party real estate portfolio management services to NJ TRANSIT, the Metropolitan Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) in Boston, and the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) in New York. Gutierrez is a resident of Montclair and a graduate of Monmouth University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Communication and a double minor in Marketing and Italian.
