Alfred Sanzari Enterprises Begins Capital Improvement Project at Glenpointe Marriott
Multi-million-dollar investment will transform hotel’s 40,000-square-foot event and conference center
Alfred Sanzari Enterprises announces the start of a capital improvement project at the Glenpointe Marriott, a 351-room full-service hotel located on the company’s Glenpointe corporate campus in Teaneck, N.J. The project is scheduled to be completed in the fall of 2024.
Overseen by Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ in-house construction management team, in collaboration with HotelStudio and Kimmerle Newman Architects, the extensive capital improvement project will modernize the hotel’s 39,317-square-foot meeting and event space. Taking inspiration from the nearby Palisades Interstate Park, the design will seamlessly blend natural touches with a contemporary feel. The plans call for the replacement of carpeting, wall coverings, paint and furniture throughout the 1st and 2nd-floor pre-function spaces, boardrooms and meeting rooms as well as the 1,200-person capacity ballroom. Soho Art Consulting also collaborated with Alfred Sanzari Enterprises and Hotel & Studio to commission artwork from New Jersey artist Leena Joshi and others to complete the design transformation.

The Glenpointe Marriott is one of three hotels on the Glenpointe live-work-stay corporate campus. Constructed in 2018, the 350-room, Hampton Inn & Suites and Homewood Suites dual-branded hotel further enhanced the diverse hotel options available to guests looking for a premier hospitality experience in northern New Jersey.
