    Chief Executive Officer

    David Sanzari, Chief Executive Officer, oversees the company’s daily operations with the hallmark hands-on management style for which Alfred Sanzari Enterprises has become known. He joined the company, under the watchful eye of his father, in 1972 as a Laborer in the Construction Department, where he rose through the ranks to become a Project Manager. During the course of his 40+-year career, he has earned industry-wide respect as a commercial real estate industry leader whose commitment to outstanding service and superior construction is unwavering.

    Active in a wide range of industry, community and civic organizations, David is a member of the Hackensack University Medical Center (HUMC) Board of Governors, HUMC Foundation Board of Trustees and the hospital’s Advisory Board of Directors. In addition, he serves as Chairman of HUMC’s Facility Planning Development Committee.

    Ben Sanzari, Vice President, is responsible for managing, maintaining and expanding the Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ multi-family portfolio, encompassing more than 500 total units throughout Northern New Jersey. Learning the family business from the ground-up, Ben launched his career in 1967 when he started out as a Laborer in the Construction Department. For the past 40+ years, he has been involved in every facet of Sanzari Enterprises’ commercial real estate business and is committed to delivering the highest level of service excellence at the company’s urban and suburban luxury and garden-apartment complexes.

    President

    Ryan Sanzari, President, represents the company’s third generation of family leadership. He grew up working summers as a laborer on construction sites for Alfred Sanzari Enterprises. Ryan joined the company full time in 2011 and, since 2021, is responsible for overseeing Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ day-to-day operations.

    Ryan earned his bachelor’s degree in political science from Villanova University. From 2009 to 2011, Ryan attended NYU’s Schack Institute of Real Estate where he received certifications for Real Estate Development and Construction Project Management. Since 2020, Ryan has served on the CarePlus New Jersey Board of Trustees.

    Jeffrey Fuller, Chief Operating Officer, leverages nearly 30 years of property management experience in his work with Alfred Sanzari Enterprises. Leading Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ highly experienced internal team of property managers and technicians, Fuller delivers superior tenant service to maintain the company’s high occupancy and retention rates across its six-million square-foot commercial portfolio. Prior to joining Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, Fuller served as Director of Property Management for Onyx Equities. In addition to Onyx, he has worked in property and project management for Samson Management, Lincoln Property Company, ECA Services, and JFK Health System.

    Chief Financial Officer

    Timothy DeCola, Chief Financial Officer, is a highly accomplished financial professional with over 25 years of real estate financial management experience. As the Chief Financial Officer at Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, DeCola is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the firm’s financial information, overseeing the accounting and finance departments, and managing budgeting, forecasting, risk management, credit and cash management, and lease administration.

    Prior to joining Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, DeCola served as CFO at several companies, including Black Spruce Management, McConnell Development, The Commonwealth Group, Pettinaro Construction Company, and Levin Management Corporation.

    Christopher DeLorenzo, Prior to his position as Vice president and Director of Leasing and Marketing, DeLorenzo was the executive vice president, for The Brich Group where he was responsible for leasing across the company’s 6.5 million square foot portfolio.  He also held the same title at JLL where he maximized brokerage efficiency and leasing activities while winning new business and overseeing national accounts in collaboration with marketing and tenant representation. He has 25 years of commercial real estate experience, including serving as executive vice president at Mack-Cali Realty Corporation, where he was responsible for all leasing and asset management activities for a portfolio of 26.2 million square feet and was involved in over 1,500 transactions totaling more than $2.5 billion.
